My truck is very load when driving over 40 mph. What can I do to reduce the noise?

The tires are about a year old I notice a wear on the outside of the 2 front tires, but the back tires a perfect condition. Help!

Noise from engine? Drive train? Wheels? Exhaust? How often do you rotate tires? Should be every 5000 miles
