I have a 2003 crown victoria. When I bought the car, the trunk release button didn't work at all so I had to unlock the trunk with my keys. It appears that someone was trying to get in my trunk and damaged the lock to the point that I can no longer stick my key in it. Therefore I have no access to my trunk. The back seats don't seem to move so I can't get in the trunk from there. I'm trying to prevent from paying a locksmith at least a couple hundred dollars to change the lock out. Can you help me please? Any suggestions?

You might be able to drill out the lock, then get the trunk to open? Also, you can probably remove the rear seats, I'm just not sure that will give you access to the trunk, where you can crawl in there?

On the bottom part of seat, try pushing in then lifting up?
