I have a 2003 ford crown vic p71 everytime it rains it misfires...I just put brand new bosh spark plugs and changed the coil pack #6...Was riding excellent until it rained...Then had the same prob...

One thing I can tell you right now is that you need to get rid of those Bosch plugs. They will not run good in a Ford. You need to use Motorcraft or Autolite only.
