I am assuming that you mean that you aren't getting power to the fuel pump.
Check the fuel pump fuse and the fuel pump relay in the fuse box.

To check the relay, simply swap it with another identical relay from the same fuse box (there usually is one or more identical relays). If the fuel pump now works then the relay is faulty and you need to repalce it.

If both the fuse and relay are Ok, check for power at the fuel pump connection (it is accessible in the wiring harness which goes to the top of the gas tank). Use a testlight to check the wires for power during the first 2-3 seconds after turning the ignition key to the ON position (you may have to do this serveal time inorder to check all of the wires). One wire should have power for about 2-3 seconds and then power will be cut off by the computer.

Also check the ground wire in the connector to be sure you have a good ground there.
