Wont start every Morning because of battery

My 2003 dodge stratus wont start every morning because of the battery but its a new battery not even month old. But I think there could be a short in the circuit because when I turn my key my horn goes off and the car wont start and my radio will start ac still work?

I need help I have absolutely no idea what is going on with my car ive checked all the fuses and none are blown could it be the relays or what I don't know?

Get a battery drain test-could be a short circuit draining the battery overnight-such as the glove box and trunk lights -start here. The battery is probably bad and need replacing.
