I have a 2003 dodge stratus. When I run it for a few miles a rev limiter kicks in and limits the rpm's to 2500. I had advance auto read the computer code. The read out said it was a problem with the cam shaft sensor. I then replaced the sensor and the timing belt, but after driving it again there is still the same problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I have the same with my 2005.

Try resetting the PCM (disconnect the negative battery cable and turn the key to "start" and hold it there for a about 10 seconds, do that a few times and then reconnect the cable) Since all was working well with the new sensor too at one point it could also be just some bad wiring or a bad connector.
If the MIL light comes on check the codes with the key trick (turn the key from "unlock" to "run" 3 times and the odometer will show you the codes) and look for a cps code.
