Have a 2003 doge ram 1500 that I am rebuilding. It had a dash fire. I replaced the dash harness and now I was wondering if the harness that goes from the drivers side accrosed the motor to the pcm and tranny computer is part of the engine harness or not?

The instrument cluster may need to be programed. The instrument cluster receives data from pcm to operate gages. That may not have answered your question, but, I can't see much from here.
