2003 Dodge Intrepid electrical issues

It first started out with my blinkers sometimes working and other times not working at all. If I turned my hazards on it would sometimes make the blinkers work, so I bought a flasher module and replaced it because that's what I was told to do. Well it didn't change anything, next I was told to get a new steering column. Have not done that yet but now there's new problems, my radio is out I have no lights in the car, no blinkers at all, my lock button doesn't work so no locks, I cant even get into my trunk and now my brake light is out.I've checked all fuses in car and out.I'm lost I don't know what else to do.
