When my truck sits for more than 24 hours. The battery dies. Not even enough juice to unlock doors. Where could the power drain come from?

I start with looking to see if the glove box light is hot from being on all the time.
Then go to installing an ammeter in the battery negative side and pulling fuses until the draw goes away.
