Hi my name is Robert Hernandez. And I have a problem with my 2003 Dodge Dakota. The other night I was driving home I flipped my turn signal to make a right and my wipers turned on and my alarm horn started going off, and it wouldnt stop until I turned my lights off. I turned the lights off and it stopped. So now every time I turn on my lights or use my right turn signal the wipers turn on and the alarm horn starts honking. I have checked all my fuses and they seem to be okay. Amybe something is grounding out in my steering column or something is burnt out. I would appreciate any type of help possible. Thank you for your time.

I agree, something is shorting. I would start by checking the multi-function switch and then move to the wiring in the steering column. Keep in mind, this could even be related to a bad headlight switch.
