Truck running hot but blowing cold air replaced water pump, hoses, thermostat and oil what could it be?

Check coolant level if low pressure check for leak, if both heater hoses hot check to see if your actuator I nheater under sahs is working.

I will try that today. Yesterday I flushed the cooling system and no change.

Sounds like you might have a leak from your heater core. If its that then you are leaking coolant. It would also explain the no heat problem. Check the passenger side floorboard, if it is wet then it is probably the heater core.
