2003 4Cyl Carvan fwd, has codes of intermittent cam sensor have replaced cam sensor and wiring. Still same code, purchased different ECM w/no codes installed and now get same codes. I have been told by two dodge shops and 1 garage I need a new ecm? I am having a problem shifting from start to 2nd or 3rd. Once it shifts into high runs great 60-70 mph.

It's either an improperly installed and adjusted sensor, bad/loose connectors or wiring, or a faulty ECM. Since you replaced the ECM with asupposedly know good item, I would focus on the other two possibilities.
