2003 Chevrolet Venture Extended with 200, 00 bad?

Wondering why it would be a bad choice. My opinion is the major problems with the engine and trans. Would already be fixed by now. So, why is 200, 00 plus miles bad? Price is $1,295.00

You can run into all other types of problems with suspensions and computer/wiring problems for running. It could nickel and dime you to death
