My broken alternator's P/N is GM P/N : 10448038, 14V, 140Amps (Valeo) and i could not find the exact part. Can I replace it with 12V, 120amps without getting any trouble?

no you must replace it with the same amp rating alternator.

go to a parts store. the numbers may not be the same but the amp ratings will be
