2003 Chevy Venture LS heat

2003 Chevy Venture LS in which is paid off in not getting enough heat in Michigan winters nor is it cooling off in the summer. First, how can I Install a rear heater coil, blower and supply line to/from engine? Do you recommend OEM or aftermarket parts(ZeroStat)? I have changed thermostat and flushed the front system. I have trimmed away floor carpet away that was blocking the front lower vents. Do you think it is wise to file the voids with spray foam insulation to insulate and reduce road noise? I am planning on tinting the rear windows for the summer or is there a rear AC(cold) fix during the heater install? I have already paid $30.00 at fixit. Com for a incomplete answer!

Check your heater actuators for not heat after checking to make sure BOth hoses going in and out of the heater are hot. I'm enclosing a pic of the actuators, not necesssarily yours, but similar. These control the air flow to control the heat. Make sure your engine is up to operating temp when you check the hoses. I am unfamiliar with Zerostat stuff. And which voids do you want to fill? There are otherproducts instead of spray foam to reduce road noise. Also when you do install the add on heater/blower you'll need to put a relay in as well as wiring to operate it. EVen with OEM the cost may be prohibitive.
