2003 Chevy Trailblazer shakes, chugs vibrates

I know my shocks are bad but today it started vibrating after it reached 30mph I was bouncing in my seat sways from side to side while driving makes a loud thumping noise sounds like driver back and chugs while giving it gas sort of like a new driver driving a standard

Add engine issues to bad shocks and there ya go? CEL on?

Nope it is off I am not sure if this is because the shocks are bad or if this is a whole new issue.

Go over the tune side and smooth out the power problem, then address the shockers, start there.
