2003 Chevy Trailblazer Feels like its missing

Engine Performance problem
2003 Chevy Trailblazer 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic slightly over 100k miles

I just Changed the plugs on my trailblazer. It seems like it has more power and it runs smoother while driving but it feels like it has a bad miss when its idling. I also used air breather cleaner and Lucas fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank. I replaced the air filter, oil change w/filter and fuel filter as well. I pulled the plugs again and checked the gap. They're at.42. I brushed the spark plug boots as well. There was no miss before I changed the plugs. Now it seems like it has a miss and a slight hesitation as I'm taking off.

If you had no miss before the plugs, double check the wires to make sure none are arcing. They can get damaged when you remove them. As far as cleaning old plugs, if they had a lot of miles on them, chances are they need replaced. My first guess, however, are the wires.
