I have a Trailblazer 03 with less than 50,000 miles. When I drive for a long period of time with out stopping (Hwy) when I do stop and start driving again I hear clicking sound coming from the rear(3 seconds) and the sound stops

It start just as I start to move and it last for 2-3 seconds and stops
