Vehicle stalled while at a red light. Tried to start it but it Would not turn over at all. When I try to start all displays and indicators go off. Tried boost but did not work either. Towed it home.

I also heard relays chattering.

Start by making sure that all battery terminals and grounds are clean and tight. It sounds like you have a bad connection.

All battery terminals are clean and tight, including the Alternator junction box connections. Any other suggestions?

If you have power when you first turn the key on and then loose it when you turn it to start, a loose battery terminal or corroded connection is usually the problem. When the power goes off, does it come right back on?

Yes, once I release the key from trying to start it the power does come back on.

Has the batter been load tested? If you turn the key on, turn the lights on and as many electrical accessories as the car has on, does the horn blow? I realize that sounds crazy, but if there is a dead cell in the battery or if something has shorted out in the battery, the horn will either not blow or be very weak.
