Where exactly is idle control valve located on chevy 2003 tahoe

On the throttle body assembly. If you are having idle problems get some choke cleaner and spray the throttle body pplate on both sides and spray around the oblong hole where the idle control valve is. That may take care of your idle problem. It will be hard to start after you do this. Do it while the engine is off.
