I have a 2003 Chevy S-10 (6 cylinders) running fine till I come to an hill, even a small one, then its not wanting to pull at all max I reach is 20 mph had someone look at it and they said I had 2 clyinders stuck and a bad mass air flow meter does this sound right. Is it best to replace the mass air flow or would cleaning it be a decent option?

Yes you can try cleaning it first, you must use the correct cleaner, and follow the directions. Also check the mapp sensor, this sensor measures load and change in elevation.
