2003 Chevrolet Malibu cooling fans

My cooling fans do not work. I changed my fan relays and the fans still are not working. There is no power to the fans. When I turn on the ac the fans still get no power. If I manually push in the relay they come on. What could be the problem sensor or pcm or something else or there is nothing else.

What do you mean by manually push in the relay? Do you apply pressure to it and the fans work? If that is the case, it sounds like a bad connection. Have you checked for corrosion or damage to the relay box or connections?

No I take off the plastic cap of the relay and manually engage it

Then there is no power to the relay. Check wiring.
