2003 chevy malibu periodically shuts off while driving. Despite changing e g r valve, camshaft sensor, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, and fuel filter. Please help!

Wow, lots of parts and no results.
Assuming all the parts replaced are working correctly and my first suggestion even without all those parts would have been a crank sensor.

Before you throw a sensor at it, I suggest you let a shop with a scan tool to monitor the sensor before condeming it.
