Why on a 2003 chevy cavalier, 2.2L DOHC, does the air conditioner cut on and off, but! A temperture test say its ok. Could it be the compressor motor relay, or the low pressure switch. Or should I just add a little freon and see what it does. The system has no leaks.

It's a cycling system. It's supposed to cycle at times, depending on the outside temp and the state of charge. You really need to have a professional look at it or you can do some serious harm to it.

I know the air conditioner is suppose shut on and off with its cycles, but! It is shutting off to quickly and when the compressor kicks on it starts skaking the whole motor.
