My 03 CTS makes a weird noise when I press brakes. It comes from the front end, what could it be?

It sounds like a noise the shocks would make but doesnt do it when driving over bumbs just when I push brakes

Have the brakes and wheel bearings inspected

I just had my brakes chsnged a month ago and rotors turned
