2003 Buick Century Heater control

2003 Buick Century dual climate control. When I have the control on full heat (hot) it will all of a sudden start blowing cool or cold air. I adjust the temperature to full cold for a few seconds then back to full heat. It will begin to blow hot again for a short time then back to blowing cool air again. Can you help?

I just fixed the same problem. The whole drivers side heater unit has gone to crap. I'm assuming that your passenger side is still blowing hot? Mine was at least. Well I brought it in and they had to replace the whole unit. It would've been around $650 new, but I took the gamble with a used one for half that. Good luck!
