I have a BMW 525i 2003 and this morning I noticed that my passenger side door won't open the same doors window won't go down and I can't adjust the passengers side mirror but at the bottom of the door a small light still comes on so I know that I am getting power and I checked all of the fuses and they are ok so I have no idea how to fix this problem but if you do please tell me

There is a module that controls those functions that may require programming or replacement. Software can be updated at your friendly local BMW dealer.

The way to approach the issue is to seek out a BMW repair facility. You are perhaps familiar with the "no user serviceable parts inside" phrase?
