replacing front plastic parts

I would like to know if the bracket near the right front wheel that holds the a/c (condensor?) and the secondary air pump should be tilted back toward the wheel , or should it be vertically plumb?

Silver canister? Accumulator. It should be oriented to keep the canister upright.
