When I drive my car I find it difficult to put the gear stick in the third gear wot could be the problem?

Is the fluid in the transmission full and clean? Is it only 3rd gear? When you shift to 3rd, is there any grinding or is it just hard to shift?

I just changed my brake discs and pads on all four wheels and my power steering fluid leaked out and after that I found it hard to put it in third gear but it goes in after a few attempts.

Also every time I drive my car to 100 mph my engine coolant light comes on and my car overheats. I just got the timing belt changed about 10 months ago and after that I got this problem any suggestions on wot could be the problem?

I don't feel the brakes or PS leak is related to the transmission. Also, as far as the overheating, does it do it at any other time? Also, is the engine truly overheating or is the light just coming on? (And why are you driving so fast? Lol)

No it only does it when I drive over 80 90 mph. But apart from that its good as gold mate. What do you recommend me to do?

Since the overheating started after the timing belt was replaced, I would recommend having the timing checked to see if it is correct. As far as the transmission, I would start by changing the fluid to see if that helps.
