After being in heavy traffic, the car stalls.

The car runs beautiful.I drive up and down A13 everyday and get stuck in heavy traffic always.
As soon as the traffic flows freely, the car runs for 5 minutes and starts******** and then stalls.
It is a Automatic so I have to pull over and stop for 2 minutes. Once it starts after 2-3minutes, the car then runs perfectly until again after heavy traffic, it starts to***** and stall again. Have showed it to 3 mechanics but everything shows okay on the diagnosis computer.
Car temp is okay every time. The car was serviced in August 2011 and MOT with no problem.
This condition still persists. Any suggestions please.

Try cleaning the throttle plate with choke cleaner. Do this with the engine off and clean both sides as well as the idle air control valve. It's usually an oblong hole they sometimes will stick and cause this. Also hve your fuel pressurechecked. It shold be 42-45 psi at the fuel rail with engine off. Checkthe vacuum line going to the pressure regulaator. If there is gas in teh vacuum line replace teh regulator.

I gave the wrong info on fuel pressure in last canser it shodl be 53-59 psi
