I need to know what parts do I need to overhaul the engine. It has never been opened before

Depends on what you want to do really. A complete rebuild. Take the head to a machine shop and see what the head needs. For the bottom end, new pistons rods rings and bearings. If it needs it, even a new crank. Hone the cylinders. If they are bad enough you might have to take those to a machine shop as well.

A toyota needing a complete overhual at 120k? What happened?
