If a Vacuum assembly, part number 25860-0H020, is bad what will it make the car do?

The diagnostic codes are different each time and this vacuum part is making alot of noise so I wondered if it could cause false readings and make the car miss

Misfire Cylinder 2 Misfire Cylinder 3, then after changings plugs codes left then came back on after a few days Random/Multiple cylinders misfire.

Did you change the coils? I always recommend replacing coils with the missfire codes.

No we did not change the coils, that was our next steps. We have had so much trouble with this car that we hate putting alot more money into it. Thanx so much for your help.
