I own a 2000 echo and am interested in getting a 2002 to replace it. Is it possible to transfer the wheel knuckles from a 2000 onto the 2002? I know they are smaller in size because I can fit 13 inch wheels on my 2000. I would like to use my 13 inch wheels on the 2002. THANKS.

No, you can't do something like that. The brakes and everything will be different also.

If I transfer the caliper, pads and rotor might it work? All the tie points (the inner and outer tie rods, strut and control arm/balljoint part numbers match 2000 and 2002. What do you think?

No, you can't do that kind of stuff. It's all engineered to work together. You can't simply interchange brake parts. The bore will not be matched to the system. The ABS sensors and axles are likely different.

No, you just can't do stuff like that.
