No heat 2002 SC1

Does a 2002 saturn sc1 have a bleeder valve for removing the air in the coolant system
having problems getting air out
getting heat when engine is running at 3000 rpm
back down to idle I get cold air
themostat replaced and working
any suggestions

There is no bleeder valve in that cooling system the air bleeds out just from the engine running.I would check and make sure both heater hose's to the fire wall are getting hot. It sound's like the heater core is restricted. Let me know what you find.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
