The bcm lists for 431.34 to put it in with programming figure 2hrs times shop labor rate for diagnosis figure at least 1hr times shop labor rate. The way I dignose bad ones is I have tester bcms for all the years from the ones I have replaced I labeled what they did and compare how they work compared to the one in the car.I would have the dealer do it.

It should continue to start are there any warning lights on?Iam worried about the hard shifting. Take it to the auto parts store and have them do a free code scan let me know the exact code numbers.

No warning signs. It has shifts rough from 1st to second at 4000 rpm, but seems to do a little better after driving for a bit. Accelerates slow at first also. The car hasn't been driven in awhile and I'm just getting it tagged today, so I can get it over 35
