2002 Saturn L200 wheel bearing

Just replaced the front passenger side wheel bearing I was told the drivers side wheel bearing was fine I step on the gas and the front end still shakes what would be causing it if the other one is fine is it possible that the other one needs to be replaced

Unless the wheel itself is loose from a bad wheel bearing it shouldnt cause a shake.I have seen bad axles on those cars car cause a vibration while pressing the gas above 40 mph.
