Airbag light

Replaced airbag ecu last year and started my car yesturday and their was a loud bang in the front seating area. Instantly the airbag service light illuminated. I thought maybe the airbag ecu had bliwn again but didnt make a loud bang last tume. Done the reset thingy on the dash several times it stays off when I furst start it. But once enjine is off and started again comes back on and goes off again about half hour after whilst driving. Also have checjed the wires conecters seem ok. And sunroof started leakin under the frame have taken the frame out and resealed and sealed the glass also but still have a pool in the foot well. Any ideas or am I better off buying a new car which is not a french connection

If your air bag ecu is near that water then yes that could have effected it in this way. Check the sunroof drain tubes in all four corners if it's got them to see if they're clogged by pouring a glass of water down each one

We sealed the sunroof shut lol. I don't think the ecu has blown again as the light is going off sometimes then comes back on now again. So thinking a fault somewhere. Booked in for a diagnostics tomorrow. Have problem with it stalling in first gear had to drive home today keeping revs up lol I'm thinking the rev sensor thing is going as I now have the electrical light coming on and off. I give up with it time for new car I think.
