rear drivers side lock not actuating?

When unlocking and locking the doors the rear drivers side lock remains in position, the actuator can be felt trying to move the lock but the bars inside don’t follow.

Hello,

So this can be a weak lock actuator or something is locked up such as the latch not allowing the actuator to move correctly, I would remove the door panel and remove the control rod to see if that makes a difference on the actuator motion. Here is a diagrams to help get you started. Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on. Check out the images (below), Ken

We ended up getting a replacement actuator for the lock, now all the car locks are working as they should.
