First try pulling fuse for hvac with key on for 60 seconds then reinstall. This may reset the actuators. If not the actuator may not be getting power which a pro will have to scan to see if it's the control head or not. Actuator pictured for lh side. I am assuming the a/c works ok, if on max the one pipe will get very cold. If not it may be an a/c problem which a pro will need to diagnose. If you have to take actuators out you'll needto pull dash.
