My climate control is not working side to side

I have a 2002 grand prix gtp supercharged 40th anniversary car but am finding as cold weather approaches I'm finding the drivers side blows cold air no matter where the slide control is set but passenger side has good heat. Why is this and how can I fix the problem before it causes issues like windshield not defrosting on drivers side could be big problem. Please help me remedy this situation thanks Karen

Karen, the problem may be that the blend door in the climate control system may be obstructed, or the blend door actuator could be at fault (most likely). It's also possible that the climate control head unit may have a fault.
