2002 Peugeot 206 running problem

When accelerating both at low and high speeds the car judders, I have to be light on the pedal to increase speed. The problem is worse during cold running temperatures.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure? When was the last tune up?

No warning lights, and don't know when the last last tune up was as I've had the car 4 months

It could be something as simple as needing tuned up. You may want to have it checked for that.
