Radiator is not coming on when I turn on the A/C

I have a 2002 alero and when I turn on the ac, it doesn't blow cold air and the radiator fans wont come on and the compressor wont turn on either. Any ideas? The compressor does not sound like it is turning on

Check to make sure the motor on the radiator fan is good. Also, check to see if the AC compressor is getting power and make sure the system is properly charged. If it is low on freon, the compressor will not engage.
