When the xterra is cold, runs well. But when it get warm, it get to a point that even when you step all the way on the gas pedal, there is no power, the van just stops.
What could be the problem?

O.K. 102 is MAF sensor output voltage to low. Suggest get MAF sensor cleaner and spray also check for air leaks and wiring harness for fraying. The 328 is for knock sensor and widly known to be set in every Nissan. So concentrate on MAF.
