I am trying to replace timing chain because the old one jumped time now I can't get car back in tjme what do I need to do

on the new chain are gold links you line up with the cams and the crank gear needs to be at top dead center.
if you may any doubts, get someone or a shop to line it up for you to be sure.

I got all the marks to line up but I have not got any compression in the cly. it is sucking in but not blowing out I can put a piece of paper on a sparkplug hole it try to pull the paper in but want push it up.

you may have damaged the motor from the old chain failing as it is an interference motor.
