We disconnected the three plugs and unscrewed the headlight assembly for each headlight we pulled them out and snapped the bulb in for the new ones screwed them in and attached the cords. One of the cords was not connecting right but we fixed it so the side lights would both work and the headlights work but when went to check the turn signals nothing happened. We popped open the fuse next to the battery and checked them finding that hazard fuse was bad so we replaced it. We checked again but nothing so we checked the fuses under the steering wheel and nothing seemed wrong with them either. We rechecked the wires on the headlights nothing seemed wrong.

After replacing the hazard fuse, did you recheck if it is blown again? The headlight replacement could have caused a short to the turn signal circuits.
