2002 Mitsubishi Galant stumbles and rough

When I first start the car it runs good but then like 2 mins later it stumbles runs roughs like if its missing bad then it do that for like 20 sec then clears up it do that every morning or if I let the car sit for more than 20 minutes I clean the throttle body new plugs and wires twice put on a idle air control vale and tps sensor still doing the same thing what could it be

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first auto parts rent it.

HMac300 I had took it to get the codes check even there wasnt no CEL and there was no pending codes as well but like I was saying it doesnt buck when drive or anything shift good and all

Minimum fuel pressure at idle is 39psi w/vacuum w/o vacuum at regulator it's 47-50 sounds like the pump is you r problem.

When I went to the Mitsubishi site it said 27 was good and 39 on up was a bad regulator or pump
