Hello, my right rear door window motor has gone bad. The dealer told me that there is power going to it and told me the motor has gone bad. How easy/hard of a fix is this? I know I need to tear the door panel a part and plastic. Is it as easy as swapping out the old one and replacing it with the new one.I know there are some rivets (I believe) that hold it in place. Just wondering if this is a one man job and what exactly to do? Thank you!

Yes, the panel has to come off, the window unbolted and supported in the up position and the regulator/motor assembly removed and replaced

Does the regulator need to be replaced as well or just the motor? Because I ordered just the motor. Does the regulator need to come out in order to do just the motor? Or does it all have to come out?
