My lights are flashing allover asudden when I am driving

When I am driving, the overlights will start blinking and flashing randomly.I have checked the fuses and they are all intact, I have looked at all thr bulbs and the are all good. What might be the problem I can't find it.
I took it to he mechanic to see if they can find a problem, but they could not find any, they said all the ground wires are in place and intact.

Has to be a momentary shorting of ground I would think. Maybe a chafed wire somewhere in that circuit. Or at 1 of the light units.
