2002 Mercedes Benz C180 Hopping when low revs

My car (kompressor) was hopping and would almost cut out when low revs and in low gear. I replaced 3 of 4 coil packs (4th one was only done a year ago) and car drove perfect, better than before and had a lot more poke when accelerated. I then left the car for 4 days and when I drove it again, it was worse than before, hopping more, felt like it would cut out at traffic lights. Should I also replace the spark plugs?

Hi

There are no lights on dashboard.

Im currently 400 miles from my regular garage and am unsure the car would make the journey.

I did have roadside cover come out and they said there were no errors. IS this the same thing as codes?

I just wondered if it was something I could fix before having to involve a garage?

We can't know without some diagnostic information and it appears that the computer has not registered any yet.
