2002 Lincoln Towncar I have no power to the OB II plug? Is this something easily tracked down?

Check Fuse 23 in central box left on coluum

Check your fuses!
My sister's Chevy Tahoe, had it tied in with the cigarette lighter, Youngin stuck a penny in the lighter, months ago, and killed the plug too!

Thanks Very Much, It was the fuse but it was missing. I installed a 5 amp fuse and was able to check codes.
